Auction Consignment Information: 

Marketing Deadline is Monday November 3rd, 2025 - This means if you would like your equipment published in our print advertising campaigns have it consigned by November 3rd. Other early Consignments will be part of our international digital marketing campaign.

Auction Check-In Information:

Check in Dates: Checkin Dates are from Friday Nov. 7th to Tuesday Nov. 11th

                            Friday November 7th - 9AM Until 5PM

                            Saturday November 8th - 9AM Until 5PM

                            Sunday  November  9th - 12 PM Until 5PM

                            Monday November 10th - 9AM Until 5PM

                            Tuesday November 11th  - 9AM Until 5PM

Loadout Information:

Loader Hours: Auction day until dark, Sunday from 9AM until Dark, by appointment on days after.

There will be loaders available following the end of the auction and on Sunday following the auction. ALL ITEMS are be removed by Sunday after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company.

Any items not removed by Sunday, November 22nd will be charged $20 per piece, per day until picked up. If you consigned tires and they DID NOT sell you MUST remove by Wednesday following the auction or you will be charged a dispersal fee. Any item that you purchase at the auction is your responsibility after the item is sold.
